MOSCOW, Nov 15 (PRIME) -- Russian real estate developer FSK has bought local assets of Belgium's Sibelco producing and processing industrial minerals for an undisclosed sum, the developer said on Wednesday.
"FSK has closed the acquisition of the Russian assets owned by Belgian company Sibelco," FSK said.
The deal encompasses facilities in the Moscow and the Novgorod regions, a plant in the Voronezh Region and a trade house in St. Petersburg.
